Depending on how you use misapps.io or the TikTok Shop integration, we may process account and contact details, seller and shop information, order and product information, customer-service communications, technical identifiers, access logs and API credentials or tokens required to provide the integration.

We process personal data to operate and secure misapps.io, connect authorised TikTok Shop accounts, synchronise and manage shop information, provide support, comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or misuse. We do not sell personal data.

TikTok Shop data
Where data is received through TikTok Shop, Banana Bay S.L. processes it only for the authorised services and purposes described above, follows applicable TikTok Shop requirements and applies access controls, confidentiality and security measures. We help sellers or TikTok Shop respond to valid requests to access, update or delete data where applicable.
Service providers and data locations
misapps.io is hosted with Hostinger. Hostinger displays the primary server location as Europe (France), with backup storage in Lithuania. We may use infrastructure and technical providers that process data on our behalf under appropriate contractual and security arrangements.
Data security
We use HTTPS/TLS for data in transit, access controls based on least privilege, strong passwords, multi-factor authentication for critical systems, endpoint protection, security updates, vulnerability management, backups and incident-response procedures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we maintain safeguards appropriate to the risks.
Retention and deletion
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to provide the requested service, resolve disputes, maintain security or comply with legal obligations. When data is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymised. Backup copies are deleted according to the applicable hosting provider retention cycle.
